Since becoming an Emergency Medical Technician in 2015, Kelsey has been passionate about helping others prepare for emergencies with confidence.

Every class is taught with an emphasis on practical, hands-on learning that prepares students to respond quickly and effectively when every second counts.

Do you travel to our location?

Yes! VitalResponse provides on-site training throughout Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, and Wisconsin.

Do students receive certification?

Yes. Students who successfully complete their course receive an official HSI certification card.

Can you train large groups?

Classes are 12 students to 1 instructor. We provide training for individuals, small businesses, schools, churches, healthcare facilities, and large organizations.

Do you help with AED purchases?

Yes. We help organizations choose the right AED package, provide training, and offer ongoing support after installation.
